Managing your notification settings allows you to stay focused by silencing alerts for reminders or shared list activities that might interrupt your workflow.
- On your Microsoft 365 main dashboard, click the App launcher in the upper-left corner.
- From the app list, select To Do to open Microsoft To Do.
- Click on the Settings icon (the gear) in the top right corner of the application window.
- Scroll down until you find the Notifications section.
- Toggle the Reminders switch to "Off" if you no longer want to receive desktop or mobile alerts for tasks with due dates.
- Adjust your Email notifications by toggling the "Off" if you want to stop receiving task digests in your inbox.
- Your newly updated notification preferences will now keep your workspace quiet and free from unwanted distractions.
