Steps
- From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
- Click on the Trigger field to begin selecting your trigger event source.
- Search for and select Google Calendar as your trigger app.
- Choose a trigger event to define which calendar activity starts the Zap.
- Connect your Google Calendar account to authorize Zapier access.
- Choose the specific calendar to monitor for events, then click Continue.
- Click Test trigger to confirm Zapier detects sample event data from your calendar.
- In the Action section, search for and select Pipedrive as the action app.
- Select an action event to define what happens in Pipedrive when the trigger fires.
- Connect your Pipedrive account to authorize the integration.
- Customize the action details in Pipedrive and click Continue.
- Click Test step to verify the Pipedrive action executes correctly.
- Once the test is successful, click Publish to activate your Zap.
