Steps

  1. From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
  2. Click on the Trigger field to begin selecting your trigger event source.
  3. Search for and select Google Calendar as your trigger app.
  4. Choose a trigger event to define which calendar activity starts the Zap.
  5. Connect your Google Calendar account to authorize Zapier access.
  6. Choose the specific calendar to monitor for events, then click Continue.
  7. Click Test trigger to confirm Zapier detects sample event data from your calendar.
  8. In the Action section, search for and select Pipedrive as the action app.
  9. Select an action event to define what happens in Pipedrive when the trigger fires.
  10. Connect your Pipedrive account to authorize the integration.
  11. Customize the action details in Pipedrive and click Continue.
  12. Click Test step to verify the Pipedrive action executes correctly.
  13. Once the test is successful, click Publish to activate your Zap.
