This tutorial shows you how to track YouTube analytics inside a Coda doc by installing the YouTube pack and syncing your channel statistics into a live table. Once connected, your YouTube account data updates automatically so you can monitor performance without leaving Coda.
Steps
- Inside your Coda doc, head to the top-right corner and click Insert.
- In the search bar, type YouTube to find the YouTube pack.
- Scroll down to the More Tables section, select Channel Statistics, and drag it into your main workspace.
- Click Add to Doc For Free to add the YouTube pack to your document.
- Click Connect an Account and log into your YouTube Studio account.
- Read the terms and click Continue to grant the necessary permissions.
- Tap Complete Setup to finish the account connection.
- Click Choose What to Sync to specify the metrics you want to pull in.
- In the right-side panel, configure your settings and set the Day Start and Day End for your date range.
- Click Sync Now to pull your data into Coda.
- Your YouTube analytics will now appear in the Channel Statistics table, ready for ongoing tracking.
