Use this interactive demo to learn how to build a Facebook campaign metrics tracker inside your Coda doc.

Quick summary

This demo shows how to track Facebook campaign metrics in Coda by building a structured grid table from scratch. You can manually enter or paste data from Meta Ads Manager and apply custom formatting to keep your campaign data organized and up to date.

Steps

  1. Inside your Coda doc, tap the Insert button.
  2. Choose Grid from the list of options.
  3. Click the Add Column button to add as many columns as you need.
  4. Tap the Add Row button to insert as many rows as you need.
  5. Click each column header cell and type the label you wish to use.
  6. Tap the row cells one by one and type the row labels.
  7. Highlight the column header cells, then click Text Formatting or Cell Color in the floating bar to customize their appearance.
  8. Apply the same formatting to the row cells to maintain a consistent table style.
  9. Encode your data into the table by typing manually or pasting from the Meta Ads Manager dashboard.
  10. Highlight the cells containing your Facebook campaign data and finalize their format using Text Formatting or Cell Color.
  11. Your Facebook campaign metrics table is now saved in your Coda doc — update it regularly to track performance efficiently.

📌 Why this matters

Tracking Facebook campaign metrics in a centralized Coda doc gives marketing teams full control over their ad performance data without relying solely on Meta Ads Manager. By building a structured grid table directly in Coda, teams can consolidate key metrics such as reach, impressions, and spend alongside other project data in one collaborative workspace. This approach makes it easy to monitor campaign performance over time, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions faster. For teams already using Coda for project management, adding a Facebook campaign tracker eliminates tool-switching and keeps reporting workflows streamlined.
