Sharing lists is the best way to collaborate on team projects or manage shared responsibilities in real-time.
- On your Microsoft 365 main dashboard, click the App launcher in the upper-left corner.
- From the app list, select To Do to open Microsoft To Do.
- Select the specific list you want to share from the left-hand sidebar.
- Click the Share icon (the person with a plus sign) located in the top right corner of the list view.
- Click the Create Invitation Link button to generate a unique sharing URL.
- Hit "Copy link" and you're ready to share—paste it anywhere you'd like.
