Steps
- Navigate to the board you want to share.
- Click the three-dot menu next to the board's name.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Click Change board type.
- Select Change to shareable to update the board type.
- Click Change board to shareable to confirm the action.
- Click the Invite button to open the invitation pop-up for adding team members.
- Enter team members' email addresses or usernames to invite them.
- Click Invite a new member to share your Monday board.
- Once all members are added, click Invite as a member to send the invitation.
- Your team members will receive a notification and can then access the board.
