How to Sync Data Between Monday.com and Excel

Syncing data between Monday.com and Microsoft Excel allows you to keep your board data updated with your spreadsheet.

  1. Log in to your Monday.com account and open your workspace dashboard.
  2. Open the board that contains the data you want to sync.
  3. Click the three-dot menu in the top right to access board options.
  4. Select More actions to view additional export and sharing options.
  5. Choose Export board to Excel to prepare your data for download.
  6. Hit Export and your file will start downloading immediately.
  7. All done! Your board data is now ready to use in Excel.
