Steps
- Sign in to the Dropbox website and access your account.
- Navigate to the folder you want to share.
- Hover over the folder and click the Share button, or right-click the folder and select Share.
- In the dialog box, enter the email addresses of the people you want to share with.
- Choose whether recipients can view or edit the folder.
- Click Share folder to send the invitation.
- Recipients will receive an email notification with a link to the shared folder.
