1. Open your document in Adobe InDesign and make sure all links are valid. Check the Links panel for warning icons (such as yellow triangles) and fix any missing links if needed.
2. Select ‘Package’ from the File menu.
3. Check the summary in the dialog box for details on fonts, links, and colors. Once reviewed, click the 'Package' button at the bottom to proceed.
4. Ensure the following options are checked in the dialog box:
