In Adobe InDesign, you cannot rasterize objects directly like in Photoshop, since it is primarily a vector-based layout program. However, you can effectively convert objects to pixels by following these steps:

1. To rasterize in Adobe InDesign, export your file by going to 'File' → 'Export.'
2. Choose your document format as JPEG, PNG, or TIFF. Then click 'Save' once done.
