This tutorial shows how to connect Webflow forms to Discord using a Zapier automation, so every new form submission is instantly pushed as a message to your chosen Discord channel. No code is required — the entire workflow is configured through Zapier's visual Zap editor in under 20 steps.
Steps
- Navigate to the left-side panel and click 'Create' to begin building a new Zap.
- Select 'Zaps' from the list of options presented.
- Tap the 'Trigger' tab to start the integration process.
- Search for 'Webflow' and select it from the suggested results as your trigger app.
- Click the 'Trigger Event' menu to view the available event options.
- Pick 'New Form Submission' from the list as the trigger event.
- Tap 'Sign In' and log into your active Webflow account.
- Choose your preferred Webflow workspace and tap 'Authorize App' to grant access.
- Specify your preferred Site and Form to complete the trigger setup.
- Click 'Continue' to run your input and test the trigger.
- Click 'Continue' one more time to proceed to the action step.
- Search for 'Discord' and select it as the Action app.
- Open the drop-down menu and choose the specific 'Action Event' you wish to execute.
- Click 'Sign In' and log into your Discord account.
- Choose your preferred Discord server and tap 'Continue'.
- Tick the checkboxes beside the permissions you wish to grant, then tap 'Authorize'.
- Fill out the input fields one by one with the required integration information.
- Tap 'Continue' to proceed to the final step.
- Click 'Publish' to enable the integration and start pushing Webflow form submissions to Discord.
