This tutorial shows how to push Nicereply survey responses to Google Sheets automatically using a Zapier automation. By connecting Nicereply as the trigger and Google Sheets as the action, customer feedback data flows into your spreadsheet without any manual export.
Steps
- From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
- Click on the Trigger field to begin selecting the trigger event.
- Search and select Nicereply as your trigger app.
- Choose a trigger event to define which Nicereply action starts the Zap.
- Connect your Nicereply account to authenticate the integration.
- Click Test trigger to verify that Nicereply data is being pulled correctly.
- Search and select Google Sheets as the action app.
- Select an action event to define what happens in Google Sheets when the Zap fires.
- Connect your Google Sheets account to authorize the action step.
- Configure the action details and click Continue to map your Nicereply fields to the correct columns.
- Select Test step to confirm the data is written to your Google Sheet correctly.
- Once the test is successful, click Publish to activate the Zap and start automating.
