Marking a task as important ensures it stands out and stays organized within its own dedicated list. Here is the simple guide:
- On your Microsoft 365 main dashboard, click the App launcher in the upper-left corner.
- From the app list, select To Do to open Microsoft To Do.
- Click on an existing task or create a new one.
- Click the Star icon to highlight it; the task will instantly be added to your Important smart list.
- To view all your high-priority items at once, select the Important tab in the left-hand sidebar.
