Microsoft To Do organizes your tasks into smart views and custom lists for easy access. Here is the simple guide:
- On your Microsoft 365 main dashboard, click the App launcher in the upper-left corner.
- From the app list, select To Do to open Microsoft To Do.
- Click My Day (top tab) to see today's suggested tasks and planned focus.
- Click Important (star icon) or Assigned to filter starred or delegated tasks.
- Click Planned to list tasks by due date (today, tomorrow, later).
- Toggle the check box beside the task you've completed, and this task will go straight under "Completed."
- Your tasks will now appear organized under each selected view.
