This tutorial shows how to integrate Refiner with Google Sheets using a Zapier automation, so that survey responses are automatically sent to a spreadsheet. Setting up this Zap takes just minutes and requires no code.
Steps
- From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
- Click on the Trigger field to select the event that will start the Zap.
- Search and select Refiner as your trigger app.
- Select a trigger event to define what action in Refiner fires the Zap.
- Connect your Refiner account to authorize Zapier access.
- Map your trigger details and click Continue.
- Click Test trigger to verify that Refiner data is flowing correctly.
- Search and select Google Sheets as the action app.
- Select an action event to define what happens in Google Sheets.
- Connect your Google Sheets account to authorize Zapier access.
- Configure the action details and click Continue.
- Select Test step to confirm the action works as expected.
- Once the test is successful, click Publish to activate the Zap.
