How to Integrate Slack with Ignition

Steps

1. On your Ignition dashboard, click 'Apps'.
2. Select 'Slack' from the available app integrations.
3. Click 'Enable' to activate the Slack integration.
4. Click 'Try this Zap' to open the pre-built Zapier workflow.
5. Select 'Authorize' to allow Zapier access to your Ignition account.
6. Click 'Test trigger' and Zapier will pull sample data from Slack to ensure everything is set up correctly.
7. Select the event for your action app in the Zapier workflow.
8. Log in and authorize Zapier to access your Slack account.
9. Map the data from Ignition to Slack and click 'Continue'.
10. Click 'Test step' to verify the action sends correctly to Slack.
11. Once everything is confirmed, click 'Publish' to turn on your Zap and enable the integration.
