Steps
- On your Drift dashboard, open Settings by clicking the gear icon.
- Select Integrations from the settings menu.
- In the search bar, type Slack and select the Slack app from the results.
- Click Sign in with Slack to begin the installation process.
- Select Allow to grant Drift access to your Slack workspace.
- Your Slack and Drift accounts are now successfully connected, enabling conversation management directly from Slack.
- With both platforms linked, your team can manage Drift conversations from Slack and stay engaged and responsive in real time.
