The Pipedrive–Jotform integration lets you automatically send form submission data from Jotform into your Pipedrive pipeline, eliminating manual data entry. You can set it up in minutes directly from the Pipedrive Marketplace or the Jotform Integrations panel.
Steps
- On your Pipedrive dashboard, click Marketplace.
- Search for "Jotform" in the Marketplace search bar.
- Find Jotform in the results, then click "Try now" to proceed.
- Click "Authorize" to grant Jotform access to your Pipedrive account.
- Customize the user selection and click "Next" to continue.
- Click "Allow and Install" to complete the Pipedrive-side setup.
- You will be redirected to Jotform. Click "Integrations" in your dashboard, then select "See more".
- In the Jotform Integrations panel, search for "Pipedrive" and click "Add to Form".
- Select a form you want to connect to Pipedrive.
- Click "Authenticate" to link your Pipedrive account from the Jotform side.
- Customize the user selection and click "Next".
- Click "Allow and Install" to finalize the integration.
- Your Pipedrive–Jotform integration is now active, enabling automated data sync between your forms and CRM pipeline.
