Steps
- Log in to Zapier, click Create, and select Zaps to start building a new automation.
- Click Trigger to begin setting up the trigger step of your Zap.
- Search for and select Pipedrive as the Trigger App.
- Choose a trigger event from Pipedrive, such as New Activity or New Deal.
- Log in to your Pipedrive account to connect it to Zapier.
- Select Allow and Install to authorize the Pipedrive connection.
- After signing in, click Continue to proceed.
- Click Test trigger to verify that Pipedrive is sending data correctly.
- Select Continue with selected record to confirm the trigger data.
- Search for and select Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) as the action app.
- Choose an event under Keap that should fire when the Pipedrive trigger activates.
- Log in to your Keap account and click Continue to authorize the connection.
- Complete and customize the required fields, then click Continue.
- Click Test step to confirm the Keap action works as expected.
- Click Publish to activate the integration and complete the Zap setup.
- Your Pipedrive–Keap integration is now live, automating data flow between your CRM and marketing platform.
