Steps

  1. Log in to Zapier, click Create, and select Zaps to start building a new automation.
  2. Click Trigger to begin setting up the trigger step of your Zap.
  3. Search for and select Pipedrive as the Trigger App.
  4. Choose a trigger event from Pipedrive, such as New Activity or New Deal.
  5. Log in to your Pipedrive account to connect it to Zapier.
  6. Select Allow and Install to authorize the Pipedrive connection.
  7. After signing in, click Continue to proceed.
  8. Click Test trigger to verify that Pipedrive is sending data correctly.
  9. Select Continue with selected record to confirm the trigger data.
  10. Search for and select Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) as the action app.
  11. Choose an event under Keap that should fire when the Pipedrive trigger activates.
  12. Log in to your Keap account and click Continue to authorize the connection.
  13. Complete and customize the required fields, then click Continue.
  14. Click Test step to confirm the Keap action works as expected.
  15. Click Publish to activate the integration and complete the Zap setup.
  16. Your Pipedrive–Keap integration is now live, automating data flow between your CRM and marketing platform.
