Steps

  1. Log in to Zapier, click Create, and select Zaps to start building a new automation.
  2. Click Trigger to begin setting up the trigger step of your Zap.
  3. Search for and select Pipedrive as the Trigger App.
  4. Choose a trigger event from the Pipedrive event list.
  5. Sign in to your Pipedrive account and click Continue to authorize the connection.
  6. Click Test trigger to verify that Zapier can pull live data from Pipedrive.
  7. Click Continue with selected record to confirm the sample trigger data.
  8. Search for and select Airtable as the action app.
  9. Choose an event under Airtable that should run when the trigger fires.
  10. Log in to your Airtable account and click Continue to authorize the connection.
  11. Complete and customize the required fields, then click Continue.
  12. Click Test step to confirm the Airtable action works correctly with your data.
  13. Click Publish to activate the integration and go live.
