The Intercom–Mailchimp integration lets you sync subscriber lists directly from the Intercom App Store, keeping your email audience and support conversations aligned in one workflow. Once connected, any Mailchimp list you select is automatically linked to Intercom, enabling seamless cross-platform contact management.
Steps
- Navigate to the left-side panel and click the App Store icon.
- Find and click Mailchimp Sync in the App Store.
- Tap Install Now to proceed with the installation.
- Click Sync Your Subscribers to establish the integration.
- Enter your Mailchimp credentials and click Log In.
- Tap Allow to agree to the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
- Select the specific Mailchimp list you want to integrate with Intercom.
