How to Integrate BigCommerce with Mailchimp

Steps

  1. Navigate to the left-side panel and click 'Apps' to access the integration marketplace.
  2. Visit the BigCommerce App Marketplace by tapping the marketplace button.
  3. Search for 'Mailchimp' and select it from the search results.
  4. Tap 'Get This App' to proceed to the Mailchimp app page.
  5. Click the 'Log In' button to authenticate your BigCommerce account.
  6. Tap 'Install' to begin the integration process.
  7. Tick the checkbox to agree with the terms, then click 'Confirm' to continue.
  8. Click 'Connect' to initiate the connection between the two platforms.
  9. Enter your Mailchimp credentials and click 'Log In' to proceed.
  10. Tap 'Allow' to grant the necessary access and permissions to Mailchimp.
  11. Input the required sync configuration details, then click 'Start Sync'.
  12. Your BigCommerce store is now fully integrated with Mailchimp and ready for email marketing.
