Quick summary
Integrating Mailchimp with Copper CRM lets you sync your email marketing contacts and campaigns directly inside your CRM. The setup takes just a few clicks through Copper's Integrations settings, requiring no technical expertise.
Steps
- On the left-side panel, tap Settings.
- Click Integrations under the Integrations tab.
- Find Mailchimp from the list of available options, then click the Connect button inside.
- Specify your preferences by ticking the checkboxes under the given categories.
- Once done, tap Connect to proceed.
- Confirm the integration is successful by verifying the Disconnect option appears in the top-right corner.
