This tutorial shows how to integrate Wufoo with Mailchimp using a Zapier automation, so every new form submission is automatically added to your email list. By connecting these two tools through a Zap, you eliminate manual data entry and keep your Mailchimp audience in sync in real time.
Steps
- Navigate to the left-side panel, then click Create.
- Select Zaps from the list of available options.
- Tap Trigger to start the integration process.
- Find and click Wufoo from the list of available integration apps.
- Specify your preferred Trigger Event.
- Tap Sign In to connect your Wufoo account.
- Provide your Wufoo login information and click Yes, Continue to Wufoo to proceed.
- Enter all the required integration details to configure the trigger.
- Tap Test to verify the accuracy of the provided data.
- Find and select Mailchimp as the Action App.
- Choose your desired Action Event for Mailchimp.
- Sign into your Mailchimp account and hit Log In to proceed.
- Click Allow to grant the necessary permissions to Zapier.
- Input all required field mapping information to complete the action setup.
- Click Test once more to verify your inputs, then publish the Zap to activate the integration.
- Your Wufoo forms are now fully integrated with Mailchimp and will sync automatically.
