It is very easy to integrate Intercom using the API. Here’s a short guide on how to do it in simple steps:
- Go to the left-side panel and click 'Settings'.
- Select 'Integrations' from the list of options.
- Subsequently, tap 'Developer Hub' to proceed.
- Click the 'New App' button.
- Following that, enter your preferred App Name into the provided input field and specify the workspace you want to use.
- Finally, go to the Access Token section under the Authentication tab. Tap 'Copy to Clipboard' to start integrating your Intercom account with other apps using the API.
