How to Integrate Intercom Using API

Use this interactive demo to learn how to integrate Intercom into your application using the Intercom API.

It is very easy to integrate Intercom using the API. Here’s a short guide on how to do it in simple steps:

‍

  1. Go to the left-side panel and click 'Settings'.
  2. Select 'Integrations' from the list of options.
  3. Subsequently, tap 'Developer Hub' to proceed.
  4. Click the 'New App' button.
  5. Following that, enter your preferred App Name into the provided input field and specify the workspace you want to use.
  6. Finally, go to the Access Token section under the Authentication tab. Tap 'Copy to Clipboard' to start integrating your Intercom account with other apps using the API.
