Quick summary
The HubSpot Brevo (Sendinblue) integration lets you sync your email marketing and CRM data by installing the Brevo app from the HubSpot App Marketplace and authenticating it with a Brevo API key. Once connected, contact and campaign data flows between both platforms without manual export or import.
Steps
- Navigate to the App Marketplace using the store icon in the top-right corner of HubSpot.
- Search for "Brevo" in the marketplace search bar and select it (formerly known as Sendinblue).
- Click the Install app button to begin the installation process.
- When the pop-up appears prompting you to connect your Brevo account, click the Next button.
- Locate the API key field — you will need to retrieve this from your Brevo account.
- In your Brevo account, click the profile icon in the top-right corner and select SMTP & API.
- Go to the API Keys tab and click Generate a new API key in the top-right corner.
- Name your key and click Generate to create it.
- Copy the API key that Brevo generates for you.
- Return to HubSpot, paste the API key into the field, and click Connect to Brevo to complete the integration.
