How to Uninstall HubSpot from Outlook

Use this interactive demo to learn the steps for uninstalling the HubSpot add-in from your Outlook account.

Uninstalling HubSpot from Outlook removes the email tracking and CRM tools from your inbox.

  1. Open Outlook Web (Office 365) in your browser.
  2. Click New mail to open a new email composer window.
  3. From the toolbar, click on Apps icon (or Add-ins), then click Get add-ins button.
  4. Click on "My add-ins" to view everything you've installed.
  5. Locate HubSpot Sales from the list of add-ins.
  6. Click the three dots (•••) next to HubSpot Sales, and select Remove from the dropdown list.
  7. HubSpot is now removed and should no longer appear in your Outlook email tools.

Removing HubSpot from Outlook gives you back control over your email environment and eliminates potential data sharing you might not want. Beyond decluttering your toolbar, this stops the add-in from automatically syncing your email activity with HubSpot's servers. If you've switched CRM platforms, left a company, or simply want to prevent email tracking data from being collected, uninstalling ensures your correspondence stays private. You'll also free up system resources and reduce the risk of conflicting integrations if you're using other sales or productivity tools.
