Integrating HubSpot with Acuity Scheduling allows you to automatically create or update appointments in Acuity whenever a specific event happens in HubSpot.
- Log in to your Zapier account, and click on the Create Zap button from the left side panel.
- Click on Trigger, and search for and select HubSpot as your trigger app.
- Click Sign in to connect your HubSpot account.
- Log in to your HubSpot account, select it, then click Choose account to continue.
- Toggle on the Authorize access to allow Zapier permissions, then click Connect app.
- Click on Trigger Event, then select your preferred event from the dropdown list.
- Click the Test trigger to confirm it's working, then Continue with the selected record.
- Search for and select Acuity Scheduling as the action app.
- Click Sign in to connect your Acuity Scheduling account to Zapier.
- Enter your Acuity Scheduling User ID in this field to authenticate the connection.
- Connect your Acuity Scheduling account, then hit Allow Access.
- Click Action Event, and select your preferred event from the dropdown list.
- Click Continue to move forward and start mapping your data fields.
- Map the details from HubSpot to Acuity fields, then click Continue when ready.
- When all is set, click Publish to activate your Zap and start automating your workflow.
