The Clockify HubSpot integration lets you automatically create a Clockify client whenever a new company is added in HubSpot, using a Zapier workflow that requires no coding. Setting up this Zap takes just minutes and keeps your time tracking and CRM data perfectly in sync.
Steps
- Go to Zapier and click on Create > Zaps.
- Add your Trigger and Action apps to the Zap editor.
- Select HubSpot as your Trigger app and Clockify as your Action app.
- Select New Company as the Trigger Event in HubSpot.
- Select your HubSpot account within the Accounts tab.
- Select Create Client as your Clockify Action event.
- Sign in to your Clockify account in the Accounts tab.
- Add the API key from your Clockify account and click Yes, Continue to Clockify.
- To find your API key, log into Clockify, click the Profile icon at the top right, and select Preferences.
- Find your API key under the Advanced tab and hit Generate.
- Generate and Copy your API key, then paste it in the earlier step.
- Test and Publish your integration to activate the Zap.
