It is very easy to integrate Dialogflow with Slack. Here’s a short tutorial on how to do it in simple steps:
- Head over to the left-side panel and click 'Integrations'.
- After that, choose 'Slack' from the available options.
- Provide the necessary details related to the integration. Enter the Slack Client ID, Slack Client Secret, Slack Verification Token, and Success Page into their respective input fields.
- Subsequently, tick the checkbox beside the workflow permissions you wish to enable.
- Find the provided OAuth URL and Events Request URL, then click their corresponding 'Copy' icon. Paste these two details into the App Settings of your Slack account.
- Finally, click 'Start' to enable the integration between your Slack and Dialogflow accounts.
