This demo shows how to integrate Confluence with Miro using Zapier by building an automated Zap that triggers on Confluence events and performs actions in Miro. Completing the setup lets teams automatically sync content updates between their documentation and visual collaboration tools without manual effort.
Steps
- Log in to Zapier, click Create, and select Zaps to get started.
- Click Trigger to begin configuring the trigger step.
- Search for Confluence and set it as the Trigger App.
- Choose a trigger event to define what Confluence activity will start the Zap.
- Sign in to your Confluence account to connect it to Zapier.
- Fill in the necessary trigger fields and click Continue.
- Click Test trigger to verify Zapier can pull data from Confluence.
- Select Continue with selected record to proceed with the test data.
- Search for and select Miro as the action app.
- Choose an action event and click Sign in to connect your Miro account.
- Fill in the necessary action fields and click Continue.
- Click Test step to confirm the Miro action works correctly.
- Click Publish to activate the integration and complete the Confluence–Miro Zap.
