How to Export the Chat History in Claude

It is very easy to export the chat history in Claude. Here’s a short tutorial on how to do it in simple steps:

1. On Claude's main dashboard, head over to the left-side panel and click your 'Profile' tab.
2. Choose 'Settings' to proceed.
3. After that, click 'Privacy'.
4. Under the Privacy Settings section, click 'Export Data'.
5. Select the coverage of the conversation you want to download.
6. Once done, click 'Export' to continue.
7. After a few minutes, Claude will send you an email that contains the download link. From there, tap 'Download Data' to save a copy to your local storage.
