It is very easy to export the chat history in Claude. Here’s a short tutorial on how to do it in simple steps:
- On Claude's main dashboard, head over to the left-side panel and click your 'Profile' tab.
- Choose 'Settings' to proceed.
- After that, click 'Privacy'.
- Under the Privacy Settings section, click 'Export Data'.
- Select the coverage of the conversation you want to download.
- Once done, click 'Export' to continue.
- After a few minutes, Claude will send you an email that contains the download link. From there, tap 'Download Data' to save a copy to your local storage.
