Steps

1. Inside your HubSpot dashboard, click on Contacts.
2. From the dropdown, select Contacts again to open the full contact list.
3. Click on the contact you wish to export data for.
4. Then, click on Actions from the contact record toolbar.
5. From the dropdown, select Export contact data.
6. Check both the Contact Activities and Associations boxes, then hit Export.
7. You will receive a success message and your data export will be delivered to your email.
