How To Export Contacts from HubSpot

In order to export a contact data from HubSpot, you must be a super admin or have CRM export permissions. Once you ensure that, here are the steps to follow,

1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Contacts > Contacts.
2. Click on the contact you wish to export data.
3. Once inside the contact, click the Actions dropdown and then select Export contact data. (By default all current and historical property data will be exported as well)
4. In the pop-up, select Contact activities checkbox to export all activities associated with the contact (e.g., emails, notes) and Associations checkbox to also export the contact's associated records.
5. Finally, click Export. You'll receive an email (your HubSpot linked email) with a link to download the export file.
