How to Draw in Lucidchart

Here’s how to draw in Lucidchart in simple steps.

1. On the left toolbar, locate the Shapes panel.
2. Select your preferred shape.
3. Click and drag the shape onto the canvas where you want to place it.
4. Click the shape, then go to the toolbar above and select the Fill color icon.
5. Choose your preferred color for the shape.
6. Double-click the shape to add text.
7. To draw freeform lines, click Line with an arrow on the Standard toolbar.
8. Go to the line options.
9. Select the Curve line to draw a freeform line.
10. Connect the line where you want it.
11. Click the dots to move and edit the line shape.
12. Change the color by selecting the Line color icon from the toolbar above, and you’re all set!
