Steps
- Go to Ahrefs and open Site Explorer, then search for your domain name.
- Navigate to Backlinks under the Backlink profile section in the left pane.
- Select Exclude all best links to filter out high-quality backlinks.
- Select Dofollow as the link type and click Show results.
- Sort your backlinks by DR (Domain Rating) to surface the lowest-rated links at the top of the list.
- Click Export to download the backlink report as a CSV file.
- Confirm and hit Export to complete the download.
- Submit your exported list of poor-quality backlinks to the Google Disavow tool to request removal.
