Deleting tags in Insightly keeps your contact records clean and accurately categorized. This process takes just a few clicks inside the Contacts module by editing a contact and removing the unwanted tag.


Steps

  1. Access your customer database through the Contacts module.
  2. Click on the ellipsis icon to open the contact options menu.
  3. Click 'Edit This Contact' to modify the contact information and keep your records current and accurate.
  4. Review the contact's Tag Information section to identify tags assigned to the contact.
  5. Click the 'X' symbol next to a tag to remove unwanted tags and maintain clean contact categorization.
  6. Click 'Save' to apply your changes and update the contact record instantly.
