Quick summary
Changing the account owner in Insightly CRM transfers primary administrative control to another team member. This process is completed through the Billing & Account settings in just a few steps.
Steps
- Access account settings to manage team permissions from the main navigation.
- Navigate to Billing & Account to manage subscription details and user roles.
- In the Account section, review who currently holds primary control over your Insightly instance.
- Click the drop-down arrow to open the ownership transfer options and assign leadership responsibilities.
- Search for a team member to transfer ownership privileges and administrative rights to.
- Click Change Account Owner to confirm and complete the transfer.
