Deleting a list allows you to remove entire categories of tasks once they are no longer relevant, helping you maintain a clutter-free sidebar.
- On your Microsoft 365 main dashboard, click the App launcher in the upper-left corner.
- From the app list, select To Do to open Microsoft To Do.
- Locate the list name you wish to remove in the left-hand sidebar.
- Right-click on the list name (or long-press on a mobile device) to open the options menu.
- Select Delete list from the bottom of the dropdown menu.
- Confirm the action in the pop-up warning.
- Your newly deleted list will now be removed from your sidebar.
