Microsoft To Do lets you clear completed tasks to keep your lists tidy. Here is the simple guide:
- On your Microsoft 365 main dashboard, click the App launcher in the upper-left corner.
- From the app list, select To Do to open Microsoft To Do.
- Select Completed to view tasks you've already finished.
- Click on the completed task you wish to delete.
- Click Delete task from the context menu to remove it permanently.
