Use this interactive demo to learn how to delete agreements in Adobe Acrobat.

‍

‍

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to delete agreements from Adobe Acrobat

‍

  1. Go and log in to the Adobe Acrobat homepage
  2. Click Documents on the menu bar.
  3. On the left-side pane, click Agreements.
  4. Select the agreement you want to delete.
  5. In the right-side Actions panel, click Delete.
  6. In the dialog box that opens, select Delete agreement.

📌 Why this matters

Deleting agreements helps you maintain a clean, organized document library by removing outdated contracts, canceled deals, or duplicate files that clutter your workspace. Beyond simple housekeeping, this becomes crucial for compliance and security reasons.

Old agreements often contain sensitive financial terms, personal data, or confidential business information that shouldn't remain accessible indefinitely. By regularly purging unnecessary agreements, you reduce your data footprint, minimize potential security risks, and ensure that only current, relevant contracts remain visible to team members who access your shared Adobe workspace.
