Use this interactive demo to learn how to digitally sign multiple PDF pages at once in Adobe Acrobat.

‍

‍

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to digitally sign multiple pdf pages at once adobe:

‍

Note: Acrobat can’t duplicate one digital signature appearance across all pages. You need one signature field per page, and you must sign each field separately.

‍

  1. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat.
  2. On the right-side pane, click More tools.
  3. Click Certificates.
  4. Click Digitally Sign.
  5. When prompted, click OK.
  6. Click and drag to draw the signature box on the page.
  7. Select your Digital ID (create one if needed), then click Continue.
  8. Enter your Digital ID password, then click Review.
  9. Click Sign.
  10. Save the PDF when prompted.
  11. Go to the next page and repeat Steps 3–10 for each page you want to sign.

📌 Why this matters

Digitally signing multiple PDF pages validates the entire document's authenticity while maintaining legal compliance for contracts, reports, and official documents that require your authorization on every page. This prevents selective page tampering—someone can't remove unsigned pages or substitute signed pages into different documents.

Each page signature creates an independent verification point, making your multi-page agreements court-admissible and ensuring recipients can trust the document's complete integrity rather than just portions of it.
