Try this interactive demo to learn how to sign multiple pages in a PDF using Adobe Acrobat.

‍

‍

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to sign multiple pages in a PDF in Adobe Acrobat:

‍

Note: Acrobat doesn’t automatically place your signature on all pages at once. You need to place it on each page, but you only create the signature one time.

‍

  1. Open your PDF in Adobe Acrobat.
  2. On the right-side pane, click Fill & Sign.
  3. Click Sign yourself.
  4. Select your Signature (or add your signature)
  5. Click on where you want to add your signature.
  6. Go to the next page and click again Sign Yourself and place your signature.
  7. Repeat as many times as you need.
  8. Click Close to exit Fill & Sign options.

📌 Why this matters

Signing multiple pages lets you create legally binding agreements, contracts, and official documents that require your authorization throughout. While you might think this only applies to formal business situations, multi-page signatures are increasingly common for apartment leases, medical forms, insurance claims, and even permission slips where each page contains different terms or acknowledgments.

Each signature confirms you've reviewed that specific page's content, which strengthens the document's legal validity and protects you from claims that you didn't approve particular sections.
