This tutorial shows how to permanently delete your 1Password account and remove all your data from the 1Password service.
Note: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your vault data, contact information, and payment details will be immediately erased. You will no longer be able to sign in to 1Password on any device. Export your vault data before proceeding if you want to keep a copy of your passwords. If you only want to stop billing without losing your data, cancel your subscription instead - see How to Cancel a 1Password Subscription. To delete a 1Password Teams or Business account, contact 1Password Support directly.
- Go to 1password.com in your browser and sign in to your account. Alternatively, click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar to sign in.
- Go to Settings in the left-sidebar of the page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and click Permanently Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation message carefully and click Delete Account.
- When prompted, enter your account password and click Delete to confirm. Your account and all associated data are now permanently deleted.
