Creating a team in HubSpot lets you group users together for easier management, reporting, and permission control. In just a few steps inside HubSpot Settings, you can name a team, assign members, and save it to streamline your CRM workflow.
Steps
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon) in the top bar.
- In the left menu, go to Users & Teams.
- Click the Teams tab.
- Click the Create team button.
- Name your team in the provided field.
- Select team members from the Team Members dropdown.
- Click Save to create your team.
- Confirm your new team appears in the teams list.
