1. Open Adobe Acrobat and open the PDF file you want to convert.
2. On the right side pane, click Export PDF.
3. Select More Formats, then select Text.
4. Click the Export button.
5. In the save dialog, select a folder where you want to save the file.
6. Type a filename and click Save.

Note: Text (Accessible) preserves structural tags and some formatting, while Text (Plain) removes formatting and exports plain text only.
