How to Connect Pure Chat to Slack

This demo shows how to integrate Pure Chat with Slack using a Zapier automation so that every new chat request triggers a Slack channel message in real time. Setting up this Zap takes just minutes and requires no coding — only your Pure Chat API key and a connected Slack account.

Steps

1. Log in to Zapier and click Create > New Zap from the left sidebar.
2. Click on the Trigger section to begin configuring your automation trigger.
3. Search for and select Pure Chat from the list of available apps.
4. Set the Trigger event to New Chat Request.
5. Click Account to connect your Pure Chat account to Zapier.
6. Generate and enter your Pure Chat API key from the integrations settings page.
7. Move to the Action section and select your desired action event.
8. Search for and select Slack as the action app.
9. Choose Send Channel Message as the Slack action.
10. Connect your Slack account if it is not already linked.
11. Click Publish to activate the Zap and establish the Pure Chat–Slack connection.
