The Pendo Slack integration lets you connect Pendo to your Slack workspace so you can receive NPS responses and link previews directly in Slack channels. Setting up the integration takes just a few steps inside Pendo's Integrations settings.
Steps
- Head over to the Gear icon on the left sidebar of your Pendo account.
- Select Integrations from the settings menu.
- Search for Slack from the list of Pendo integrations.
- Click and open the Slack tile to view available integration options.
- Choose between Slack NPS or Link Preview integrations based on your needs.
- Hit the Add Slack NPS button to begin the setup.
- Authorize the connection between Slack and Pendo, then type and send /invite @pendo in your private channels to invite Pendo in.
