How to Connect Discord Servers to Slack for Cross-Posting Using Zapier

Steps

1. From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
2. Click on the Trigger field to choose the event that starts your Zap.
3. Search and select Discord as your trigger app.
4. Select New Message Posted to Channel as the trigger event.
5. Select the Discord server you want to monitor.
6. Click Continue to link Zapier with your Discord account.
7. Click Authorize to grant Zapier permission to access Discord.
8. Configure the trigger details and click Continue to proceed.
9. Click Test trigger to verify the Discord connection is working correctly.
10. Search and select Slack as the action app.
11. Select the action event that determines how the message is posted in Slack.
12. Connect your Slack account to authorize Zapier access.
13. Configure your action details and click Continue to finalize the Slack setup.
14. Click Test step to confirm the Slack action works as expected.
15. Once the test is successful, click Publish to activate your Discord-to-Slack Zap.
