Changing the theme allows you to personalize your workspace with different colors or background images to make each list visually distinct.
- On your Microsoft 365 main dashboard, click the App launcher in the upper-left corner.
- From the app list, select To Do to open Microsoft To Do.
- Select the specific list from the left-hand sidebar that you would like to customize.
- Click the three dots (More menu) located in the top right corner of the list header.
- Choose Change theme from the dropdown menu to open the theme picker.
- Select a solid color if you prefer a clean, minimal look for your tasks.
- Your newly changed theme will now reflect your personal style every time you open that list.
