Changing the background color of a Notion block lets you visually organize and highlight content inside your pages. Access the block's Color menu via the six-dot handle to instantly apply a background color to any selected block.
Steps
- Hover over the block whose background color you want to change until the six-dot handle appears, then click it to open more options.
- Navigate to Color in the options menu.
- Scroll down and select your desired background color under the Background section.
- Your entire selected block will now have the chosen background color applied.
